Story

Our success story is simple: satisfied customers. For nearly twenty years, Leckina GmbH has been successful as a poultry supplier. The firm’s founder and managing director, Charles Blanc, boasts over seven years of sale and distribution experience with the French company Doux (at the time, Doux was the largest poultry producer in Europe). He knows what success depends on/: high-quality products, reliable partnerships, attractive prices, and perfect logistics.

Our numbers back us up. Since its founding in 2003, Leckina GmbH has grown continuously. We currently handle approximately 10,000 tons of poultry product per year and boast an annual turnover of ca. 30 million euros. And we continue to grow.

We procure our turkey and chicken from select suppliers in Poland, South America, England, and Germany.

Our production partners develop prepared and convenience products according to individual specifications for our customers, all of which we carefully monitor to ensure the highest level of professional manufacturing and product quality.

Our customers are located throughout Europe, predominantly in Germany, France, Spain, and Belgium. For the past few years, we have been developing new markets in the Middle East and further abroad.

Quality & Service

We back up our claims!

We got the QS certification and are currently getting the IFS one. The IFS-standard covers food safety and quality with regard to procedures, product identification and traceability, and production details.

In addition to the certification, we conduct regular internal quality assurance checks and audits, all of which go above and beyond the legal requirements. Not only do we work exclusively with suppliers that fulfill high-quality standards themselves, we also personally conduct routine quality control checks of all of our products.

Although we bring large quantities of meat to market, we remain flexible in order to offer our customers fast and feasible solutions. We are an important partner both for our purchasers as well as our suppliers.

In Germany, we have a ca. 3% market share. We are therefore a perfect size to respond flexibly to market fluctuations. In addition, we are well-equipped to trade in products that can only be distributed or sold in small quantities.
